Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the issue of performing police interventions by members of the Police Force in case if a motor vehicle driver, who is obviously under influence of alcohol, does not follow orders of the members of the Police Force, locks himself up inside his vehicle, behaves passively and refuses any further communication.
