Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with selected procedural aspects of the disciplinary misdemeanors of university students in the Slovak Republic – the mode of the proceedings in general, the degree of detail of the internal regulation and with selected procedural institutes, particulary in the field of determining of facts. It takes into account the upbringing and disciplinary functions of disciplinary liability and the function of protecting the academic community.
