Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the specific area of sanctioning regimes on financial market, which has recently undergone fundamental legislative changes at European level. The main purpose of the analysis is the administrative prosecution of market abuse offenses under the regime of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (Market Abuse Regulation). At the same time, the author points to the selected legal issues accompanying these changes.
