Summary/Abstract: The problem of criminal responsibility of juveniles and in particular issues related to the sanctioning of this category of perpetrators, the Czech professional literature has been relatively extensive in recent years, with a number of European or non-European legal regulations left behind. However, the Hungarian legislation on the sanctioning of juveniles has not been worked out.
