The possibility of enforcing the maintenance obligation

Summary/Abstract: The contribution shows an overview of current methods of enforcing compliance with the maintenance obligations where it is not fulfilled voluntarily. A historical perspective on the issue arises briefly in the introduction. It is also discussed the execution with a primary focus on the execution of a driving license and the possibility of criminal defense for not complying with maintenance obligations.
