Quality problems in shaping the excellence in IT management project

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to determine the level of excellence in the management of IT projects in banking and confront it with the level of quality of banks. The level of design excellence, established on the basis of surveys conducted, will apply to the largest retail banks. A comparative analysis of the level of excellence with the level of quality is to answer the question of whether there is a direct correlation between the two levels, and whether a sufficiently high level of excellence in project management directly translates into a high level of quality customer service and products offered to them.
