Human Rights as the Triumph of Culture over Nature

Summary/Abstract: From the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948, through the adoption of the International Covenants on Human Rights in 1966, research and development of the human rights under the auspices of the United Nations has symbolized the common aspirations of mankind for increasing the protection of all basic human values. Regarding those aspirations the human rights of solidarity can be seen as evidence of triumph of culture over nature.
