Information Policy of Public Administration Organs in Poland

Summary/Abstract: Starting from the constitutional legal regulations on the right to gain information the author presents information instruments used by journalists for exercising social control of the authorities. She refers to the access to public information, comparing Polish regulations and the ones accepted in other countries. The author gives interesting examples of judicial decisions in this matter. She compares the information that is presented to the public with the legal regulations contained in the law on the copyright.
