Summary/Abstract: The present paper aims to outline how Alexandru Paleologu had formed as a cultural entity. We intend to see which were the first fundamental meetings that helped him, since childhood, to form an education of high level. He grew up in an aristocratic environment, which gave him the opportunity to meet and discuss with people with a great culture. The one who guided Alexandru Paleologu’s first readings was his father, Mihail Paleologu. We are interested to observe the cultural relationship between Paleologu and his father. Also, in the content of this paper we propose to take a look at the relationships that Paleologu had with Alice Voinescu, and his teachers. We hope that we will manage to bring to light some of the aspects of the first meetings that have contributed enormously to the cultural development of Alexandru Paleologu.
