Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is the typology of the international companies and attributes of the transnational structure according to Barlett and Ghoshal. The author has tried to analyze and identify the attributes of Exide Technologies’ transnational structure. Exide Technologies is the transnational corporation with the typical attributes for this kind of the organizational solutions.
