The concept of sustainable enterprise as a conceptual framework of corporate governance

Summary/Abstract: Sustainable enterprise is a concept of the company balancing between various objectives. It is possible to find financial, social and environmental targets among them. The consequence of such widely recognized efforts is to ensure the company’s growth and competitive advantage in the long term. The principles of sustainability should therefore be reflected in the implemented corporate governance. As it seems generated benefits for the company stakeholders are the common point for both concepts. It causes that contemporary strategic management should be the context of the considerations for a given problem.
