Summary/Abstract: The Billy Graham’s preaching theologically and methodologically was stable from the first to the last crusade. He formed the model of a preacher who know how to use a modern technique of proclaiming God’s word, at the same time not giving up the old ones, evangelical heritage. He taught the attitude of a preacher toward the sinner characterised a compassion rooted in God’s love. He showed how to communicate a message of the Gospel in the modern world. This paper unveil how Graham prepared his sermons. It takes into account the sources of his inspiration and the way in which he had verbalised them. It resolves authority and simplicity characterised Graham’s preaching and a spiritual background of the crusades organised by him.
