Summary/Abstract: Under the conditions of diversification of legal relations, the exchange contract was the archetype that generated the most used civil contract: the sale-purchase contract. The exchange contract still retains the individualized juridical characters in the sphere of contractual relations born between legal subjects, which cover the most diverse subjective rights.
