Summary/Abstract: The paper analyses the conceptual and theoretical (programmatic) sources of the Serbian hegemonic project offering the motivating force, inspiration and animation to persist in its accomplishment. The lowest common denominator in all the sources can be reduced to territorial expansion using solely a single argument and that is the argument of force or force as the argument. As a rule, the above mentioned programmes occurred in historically decisive and challenging periods the perception of which led to the written programmatic sources that became the „manuals of evil“ and offering the instructions as to how to accomplish the Serbian hegemonic dream.
