Summary/Abstract: Essential problems in family businesses is the short life span of family businesses. This study examines and evaluates the managerial climate created by family businesses. Particularly, the attitudes towards risk aversion have a prominent role to play a decisive role in the life cycle of family business, and the way in which these perceptions are shaped on the parameters affecting the life of a family business. Research data is obtained by taking notes about critical fields and reciprocally assessed.
