Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses on the history of Romanian literary and cultural reviews and publications which appeared in Transylvania in the first half of the XXth century. We aim to present the contribution and role of the most important publications, hinting to the translation policies cultivated by these reviews. A special type of publication which promoted largely Romanian-Hungarian translations were the bilingual reviews.
