Summary/Abstract: Open Access and Open Science are ways of sharing knowledge between research communities and networks. This article presents important projects, ROARMAP and Sherpa RoMEO, that aim to identify publishers that allow open access publishing. An analysis of the data provided by these projects shows the weak involvement of Romania.
