Summary/Abstract: Our study focuses on the fictional strategies pointing out the fictional identity embedded within 'the spoken book' written at two hands. Norman Manea and Saul Bellow are the two personalities whose dialogue tells a fascinating story about personal identity, ethnical traces and, above all, about the intellectual travelling through different cultural geographies and interiorized cultures functioning as large mirrors of the personal quest.
