Summary/Abstract: Order/writ procedure is a type of special procedure. It is characterized by a deep reduction of formalism. The article discusses the institutions characteristic of this type of procedure, pointing to the admissibility of this type of solutions and the risks related to examination of cases based solely on the evidence collected by the public prosecutor.
