Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with some substantial issues (related with the substratum of the term system) and relational issues (related with its structure) in the sports terminology systematization in Bulgarian language. Amongst the first type of issues are presented some non-codified or incorrectly codified terms from the subsystems of tennis, football, basketball, Formula 1, water polo, rowing which have been excerpted from Sports Terminology Dictionary (2010). An interesting relational systematizational issue in the sailing terms subsystem is analysed in the next part.
