Cinematic technique in the contemporary fiction: El tránsito

Summary/Abstract: Th is work aims to question some narrative structures close to the cinematographic technique that we could find during the reading process in contemporary literature. Th e novel by Juan Antonio Galán, El tránsito, will allow us to delve into the audiovisual aesthetics of the literary text through Gilles Deleuze’s theorizing about the “movement-image”, while other theorists, who have highlighted the intertextuality between both forms of communication, will serve us to consolidate our ideas.
