Summary/Abstract: In 2017, to commemorate the double anniversary of Lajos Kassák (1887-1967), the greatest figure of Hungarian avant-garde, we conducted research with a double focus. On the one hand, we focused our attention on his reception in Spain, and, on the other hand, we examined the traces of Spain and Hispanic themes in his writings. This article summarizes the results of the second approach, that is, the Hispanic motifs (Spanish personalities and themes) in the prose writings, poetry and some newspaper articles of Lajos Kassák.
