Summary/Abstract: Through C. G. Jung, we will present the concept of Melusine, a being who is half woman half fish/snake and is regarded as part of mental processes in alchemy, the anima. This Melusine has a paradise constitution, like the adamic pair before falling into the sin. The figure of Melusine is found in the text of V. Voiculescu, Lostrița. Through this being, who also dwells in psychic and not just in waters, Aliman will be attracted to the absolute, the unconscious. With his obsession for this fish, Aliman finds his end in the arms of this being; it is a way to return to origins. With Melusine´s figure, we will notice that Aliman has the chance to meet his ideals, and the pulsations that turn into desire are the ones that will separate him from others, with him entering a land of muteness alone. Melusina belongs to the Aquastro field; Aquastro being the spiritual principle of longa vita, a concept of unconscious.
