Summary/Abstract: This paper is an attempt to present the opportunities offered to the disabled children through Child Development Early Support programme. The presentation of the problem, however, refers to a specific view described at the institutional level e.g. SEN nursery which has been organizing various activities and classes for over few years while facing different organizational difficulties within the framework of rehabilitation of children. The paper is the very therapists' reflective log and indicates some selected limitations formulated from various perspectives – of parents, children, professionals and childcare facilities and organizational conditions that are found in the institution, where the activities and classes take place, as well as the inconvenience arising from legal and administrative solutions. However, the paper is to present not only the limitations which arise from therapeutic classes but also how the difficulties are overcome practically. Therefore, it does not refer to the postulative character in relation to the Legislation being the basis of the implementation of therapeutic classes, but also the fact of providing the biggest possible support to the children and their parents in overcoming disability.
