SOME DISCUSSION ABOUT FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND INTERNET

Summary/Abstract: Liberty is the best value for human beings and for animals too. Sometimes, liberty is bad understood by politicians and by some tycoons of finances, who tries to limit it to a small appearance. In such paradigm, citizens are not always satisfied and they try to use some individual strategies to adapt and to grow their freedoms. In this complex relationship internet plays a specific role and the regulation of internet becomes a priority is the less democratic regimes. Some aspects of the relations between freedom of speech and internet, related also to the citizen's liberty problem will be analysed in this text.
