Summary/Abstract: The study analyses the specific aspects of the material right to action in the matter of main real rights. After a synthetic presentation of the conceptual premises (subjective right, special freedom, special power, material right to action, procedural right to action, legal protection of subjective right, requirement and enforceability), with particular applications in the field of civil law, the actions for protecting the main real rights and the possession as a state of fact are presented. The specific correlations between the material right to action and the procedural right to action are highlighted in terms of the typology of the main real rights and of possession as a state of fact.
