Essential Reasons for the Expulsion of a Confrontational Partner from a Limited Liability Company

Summary/Abstract: The practice of economic turnover provides a lot of examples when the company's proper activity is disturbed by one or more partners. Sometimes, there are situations when one partner, cannot communicate with the rest board and paralyses the company activity through various letters or submissions and start unnecessary legal proceedings by using all available public institutions and organisations of the judicature. In my article, I will try to define the term "important reasons "based on the current position of doctrine and judicature. Furthermore, I will try to determine the boundaries of the above topic. In my publication, I will also consider from what point of view it should judge the validity of the reasons for expulsion the partner from the partnership.
