Summary/Abstract: Mircea Eliade was one of the most vilified authors of the communist regime, all his work of historian of religions, editor, translator, essayist, and writer is reduced to the adhesion episode or his sympathy for Legionnaire Movement. In a moment of impasse, our intellectuals from exile will wake up with a heavy burden on their shoulders: ensuring continuity of the local culture by keeping alive the romanian spiritual tradition and cultural identity. Thus, taking seriously the role of conservative aboriginal culture, the scholar will collaborate with the most prestigious newspapers of the exile: „Luceafărul”, „Caete de dor”, „Orizonturi”, „Destin”, „Îndreptar”, „România Literară”.
