Summary/Abstract: Various theoretical orientations and perspectives have attempted to explain the etiology of the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency and weaknesses and failures of the role of social institutions. The degree of risk and intensity of juvenile crime in other countries, but also in Romania, is a matter of interest factors and educational role of social control. Interdisciplinary research nature obstacles met by ignoring the existence of this phenomenon and the short nature of the statistics on crimes committed by juveniles and young people or overassessment of consciousness factor in explaining the mechanisms of production of facts tort.
