Summary/Abstract: Exegetical method of interpretation is based on the will of the legislature. According to this theory, the law is only a command of the legislature. The only task of the interpreter is to find the meaning of the text granted by the legislature when creating the law. As techniques of interpretation, exegesis makes use mainly of grammatical and logical interpretation.
