The main role in this process are: the family home and the school. It also applies to the process of the formation of the student to the broader safety culture, which creates and maintains all attitudes and actions to protect the health and life. The law on the education system for the dissemination of knowledge among youth about safety and the development of appropriate attitudes towards risks, however, it seems that this system is not sufficient.
