Summary/Abstract: This article aims at highlighting several relevant aspects regarding the manifestations of the present world economy being in a severe decline, a financial and commercial disequilibrium which makes vulnerable the international relations construction and the balance of power. The crisis phenomenon is discussed distinctly for several countries affected and by taking into account the opinions of some of the most reputed economists nowadays.
