Assessment of the Implementation’s Impact of Collaborative Working Environments in Small and Medium Enterprises

Summary/Abstract: Providing a proper performance level for the SMEs represents a constant concern for all the involved „actors”. One of the alternatives that can assure coherence with the new requirements of the socio-economical environment refers to extending the implementation of collaborative working systems. In this paper the stages of implementing such a system in a SME are presented and also, the potential impact of the process, analyzed through the estimated benefits and the transformation degree of the business.
