Summary/Abstract: The international humanitarian law is that part of the human rights law regarding the international army conflicts and internal conflicts. The object of the international humanitarian law is the human kind who is affected by the army conflicts, theese acts being reglemented by the international humanitarian law of the army conflicts. In this article, we present the definition, the sources and the objects of the international humanitarian law.
