Summary/Abstract: The creation of a European executory title for uncontested claims has sought the elimination of the exequatur procedure in the executing Member State so that it ensured, with the respect of minimum standards imposed through regulation, the free movement of judicial sentences, of judicial transactions and authentic documents in all Member States.
