Summary/Abstract: One of the greatest challenges facing leaders today is the need to develop new business models that accentuate ethical leadership, employee well-being and social responsibility without sacrificing profitability. The true measure of a firm performance is multi-dimensional and should say something, besides the profit or increase market share, about the moral values and business ethics.
