Summary/Abstract: Revolution in 1989 drew after self loss of any legitimacy of constitutional order imposed at 1965. Through the analysis of two Constitution notice the character antidemocratic, totalitarian, of the Constitution of 1965 in comparison with the Constitution of 1991. In Constitution of 1965, the principle of separation of powers in the state it was replaced with the principle of cooperation in state and the political system based on the single-party monopoly.
