Summary/Abstract: In a world of all sort of crises, a world concerned about intolerance, terrorism, xenophobia, aggressive nationalism, racism, exclusion, marginalization and discrimination, on November the 16th, 1995 the UNESCO General Conference adopted the “Declaration of principles on tolerance”, the day being proclaimed the International day of tolerance. Article 29 of the Romanian Constitution stipulates that “the freedom of thought, opinion and religious beliefs shall not be restricted in any way”.
