Summary/Abstract: Selling of the own products or services is the goal of each commercial organization without wich it cannot achieve the efficiency and probability objectives. This is possible only with the help of promotion of the organization’s products and services in purpose to assure a good image at the market level. The paper presents the promotion methods and techniques used by the insurance companies to promote the general insurance products.
