Public Administration System through its Political-administrative Units: the Civic Perspective

Summary/Abstract: Public administration system through its political-administrative units and their activities interferes (directly or indirectly) in all spheres of social life, and therefore the citizens within their possibilities monitor all those changes of its structure that could be more or less linked to their everyday lives. The aim of this article is to find out both how the citizens aware superior territorial units and what attitudes the citizens have in regard to a status and activities of these units at the end of their second term of office (in comparison to results which reflects the same points issues associated with their first term of office). Presented empirical results prove distinct absences within the citizens' awareness and its stagnation in perspective of the previous results.
