Dimensions of personnel services development in the enterprise

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is therefore to define the characteristics of personal services, which allow assessing the degree of their organization and importance for the organization. As a result of the literature and empirical research, four aspects of shaping the organizational HR support were indicated: task (range and rank of tasks related to HR), structural (location within the organizational structure and/or the organization’s surroundings), personnel (number of HR employees and their professional positions) and technological (scope of investments in new technologies).
