Summary/Abstract: The Church in its multifaceted apostolic concern is with everyone who decides to emigrate or flee and also the one who exercises the right to not leave their homeland. The Holy See in its teachings sensitizes us to all kinds of problems which afflict emigrants during the process of making a decision about emigration, during the emigration time and in the place of stopping and settlement. The Church with its care covers not only the migrant but also their spouses and families.
