Summary/Abstract: Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer, taking an example of St Alfons Maria de Liguori, chooses the poor and abandoned man as a purpose of his evangelizing activity. The Redemptorist Congregation includes various groups of poor and abandoned people to whom it is sent to bring them abundant redemption. The addressees of the proclamation of the word of God are the poor without sufficient means to live, that is, those to whom the Church has not yet reached with the message of salvation, whether due to the lack of priests or due to the special conditions of social life. The next group are the poor who have not yet heard the Gospel, to which the Church has not arrived with the Good News. The most abandoned group are those who do not accept or reject the proclamation of the Gospel in the Church. These are people or groups of people, among whom the Church has already developed his activities, but who disregard Christ or have departed from the Church. The last of these groups of their apostolate are those who suffer damage as a result of the division of the Church. By proclamation of the word and their presence, the members of this institute want to be the bearers of unity and peace in the wounded world.
