Summary/Abstract: The technological progress is known in its impact on social values and customary norms. The internet came into to our life intensively for the last 15 years. Such as other positive activities, also the Internet activity it is not always possible to know when the children and also the adults pass to activity that can cause damage to them. The ability to communicate with large number of people, the ability to transfer information easily, to publish more widely, to find employment, source of work and more were significantly improved. However, as each new phenomenon that comes to the world, also the risks of the internet have not been discussed. The massive infiltration of the Internet to the private homes challenged the way how the society perceives the risk and relates to it. If in the past the perception of risk was revolved around the dichotomous division between the public sphere, which was perceived as unsafe and dangerous place and the private sphere, the domestic, which was perceived as safe and protected place, especially for children and adolescents.
