About the possibility of application Polish law that regulates mediation proceedings before administrative courts on the church forum

Summary/Abstract: The research problem of the work connected is with possibility of application of the provisions of Polish law that regulate administration proceedings before courts for the solving the problems in the administration of the Church. At the beginning of the work some general issues, doctrinal grounds included, connected with Alternative Dispute Resolutions in church law are presented. Next some particular problems that refer specifically to the mediation in administration regulated by Polish law are discussed. To give the answer for the research problem of the paper, one must first analyze the norms from can. 22 CIC 1983 about the reception of exogenic law in the church forum. The conclusion is that there is a possibility of the usage of the provisions of Polish law that refer to mediation in the administration problems in forum of the Church but only in a limited range.
