Summary/Abstract: The subsequent article deals with presenting the appearance of modern juridical institutions in Moldavia in the Phanariot epoch. The article presents some projects, memoirs, also styled “constitutions”, which include some principles of national modern constitutionalism. The conclusion is that due to the content of the articles, their grouping and their presentation, these memoirs may be considered a project of constitution.
