Summary/Abstract: Innovativeness of the economy is considered one of the pillars of its international competitiveness and the country's ability to benefit from flows and connections in the global economy. The leaders of innovation and economic benefits are those national economies that are able to create and / or obtain (from partners) unique knowledge, new technologies and innovations, and then use them to produce attractive and sought goods (products, services), effectively competing on global market. The possibilities of individual countries vary and depend on the entire complex of historical and contemporary conditions that determine the creation and use of technologically advanced resources and production capacities in the economy, as well as the involvement of domestic enterprises in research, modernization of products and production processes, improvement of management, etc.
