O szkoleniu kadr partyjnych w pierwszych latach PRL
On party members’ training in the early polish communist republic

Summary/Abstract: The text is an analysis of forms and methods of political-ideological training carried out by PPR (Polish Labor Party) at the central level in the years 1944–1948. PPR activists were educated in party schools according to the definite scheme to achieve an intellectually enslaved individual, doing his duties – a Polish homo sovieticus. The author describes the process, the students and methodology, training syllabuses and their practical aspect.
