Summary/Abstract: Mary is the Mother of the incarnate Son of God, who became a communion of divinity and humanity. Therefore, the mystery of Mary’s motherhood refers to the Holy Trinity. As the beloved Daughter of the Father and the Bride of the Holy Spirit, Mary gave the Son of God His human nature. Through Her Son—Jesus Christ—She also became the Mother of the communion that exists between God and man.
