Summary/Abstract: The appearance and evolution of the Internet has represented a turning point in the evolution of the human society. The passage from the classical economics and society to the virtual economics and society rapidly occurred, over the course of only a few decades, and the current stage of evolution, the globalisation and the virtual world stage, represent a point to each every person tends to reach, either natural person or legal entity, to the extent in which it manages to adapt to the new rigors required by the intellection society.
